We are pleased to announce the publication of our first Workforce Strategy. Thank you to those of you who have already contributed to helping to develop this. Do watch out for the separate poster with further information on it as we will be holding some informal meetings to discuss the opportunities and actions arising from this formative document.
There will be three phases to taking forward this work including preparation and planning, development and design, and implementation and communication. In each phase we will consult with staff and volunteers to further shape our strategy.
