Thank you so much to everybody who came along to our drop-in coffee morning at the Co-op in Collingham to find out more about our new charity shop. It was lovely to see so many people and we are really pleased with the response so far to the plea for help in the shop.
We will be using a unit next to the medical centre and underneath the dentist. All being well we hope to open in October.
We are now looking for help with the distribution of leaflets. The Scouts are going to be busy this week (August 29) delivering the first batch to homes in the village and we would like to say a huge thank you for their help.Two further leaflet drops to cover the rest of Collingham are planned on September 11 (Wednesday) and September 16 (Monday).
