We wanted to let you know that we are still here for the community. At all times we work hard to keep our patients and staff safe whilst continuing to provide much needed care for people who are at the end of their lives and this has not changed.
We are committed to continuing to support people in their own homes through our hospice at home visiting service and through telephone support. Our day patients have regular support over the phone with familiar voices from the day therapy team of staff and volunteers.
The in-patient beds offer support for people who are at the end of life and for those needing extra care and nursing expertise for symptom management.
Our help for those needing support in bereavement continues as a telephone service at a very challenging time for those who are coping with loss. Our thoughts are with those in a caring role for a loved one and for a support session we can arrange time to talk.
We continue to accept referrals to all these services. Please call 01636 610556 if you need Beaumond House Community Hospice care and support or for more information.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported our campaign through these difficult times.
The total raised to date is £15,832.00.
We still have a long way to go to our target of £330,000 but your support is helping us to continue to provide vital services to our community. We are so grateful to each and everyone of you.

Our wonderful care team at Beaumond House continue to show why we are so respected for the care and support we offer to local families.
Today the team are offering palliative and end of life care for the in-patients and their loved ones, supporting our Hospice at Home patients with face to face appointments wherever possible and through telephone support where it is not and our Day therapy patients are receiving calls from our team to support their wellbeing needs at this time.
We are so proud to be part of the Beaumond House team which needs your support so very desperately at this time.

Just to confirm that all of our charity shops are now closed.
Due to the phenomenal support of local people who volunteer, shop and donate there, our shops are a vital source of income to Beaumond House, they bring in around 20% of the income we need to run our services and their closure, whilst essential, will leave a significant hole in our income.
Due to increased measures to limit the spread of Covid-19 during this time we can not accept any donations for the shops into Beaumond House. We also ask that no donations are left outside the shops either as this will simply create another job for essential workers who are working hard to get us through these dreadful times.
If you are using this time to do a Spring clean please do keep us in mind because when we are on the other side of this we will gladly welcome all of your donations and your support with open arms - in fact we will need them more than ever.
Thank you
