As England moves back into a countrywide ‘lockdown – we would like to reassure everyone that Beaumond House is still here for those who need our support.
We continue to offer in-patient services, admitting and dis-charging patients in the same manner.
We will continue to do Hospice at Home visits where possible, giving priority where we can to support carers too.
We will continue to support day-hospice patients with remote contact including zoom calls but will for now suspend door step drops.
Bereavement support will continue remotely and those who are bereaved contacted by telephone and our welfare rights service is also available remotely
Please do not hesitate to contact us on 01636 610556 if you would like to know more or to refer someone who might need our support.
Our shops
Sadly all three of our shops will close from Wednesday 4th November evening. Thank you to everyone who has ensured that we have been able to trade and raise valuable funds to support Beaumond House over the last few weeks. We will be ready to open again, safely, as soon as we are legally allowed to do so.
So much of our fundraising has been stopped this year but please do look out for our Light up a Life details – we want to extend our invitation to anyone who wants to take time to reflect on the last few months and to come together to find hope and lightness together as a local supportive community as well as offering an easy way to support your local hospice.
More details can be found here.
